MERCED (BLJ) – Earlier this week, on a walk downtown, we came across a heartbreaking sight: 15 mourners outside a mortuary looking through its windows as they wept.
 

Merced County Public Health Department reported a total of 94 confirmed cases of COVID-19 by afternoon on April 22, (4 new cases) and three deaths.

California reported 37,343 cases (1,893 new cases) and 1,419 deaths (139 new).

The United States reported 855,255 cases (29,015 new) and 47,973 deaths (2,600 new).

MERCED (BLJ) -- The Merced County Public Health Department today reported 90 cases of COVID-19 (no new cases) and three deaths (no new deaths).

California reported 33,404 cases (4,441 new) and 1,203 deaths (131 new).

The state of New York reported 247,512 cases (4,726 new) and 17,671 deaths

The United States reported 799,515 cases (28,951 new) and 42,897 deaths (1,783 new).

Mexico reported 8,772 (511 new) and 712 deaths (26 new).

The global report for the day was 2,478,634 cases (74,309 new) and 170,389 deaths (5,151 new).

MERCED (BLJ) --   Merced County Public Health Department reported on April 19 that there were 90 cases of COVID-10 (five new) and three deaths.

California reported 28,963 cases (64 new) and 1,072 deaths (51 new).

New York reported 242,786 (6,054 new) and 17,671 deaths.

The United States reported 770,564 cases (30,576 new) and 41,115 deaths (2,186 new).

Mexico reported 8,261 cases (764 new) and 686 deaths (36 new).

The global report for the day was 2,404,249 cases (74,710 new) and 165.234 deaths (4,517 new).

MERCED (BLJ) – Merced County Public Health Department on April 18 reported 85 cases of Covid-19 (three new) and three deaths.

California reported 28,963 cases (64 new cases) and 1,072 deaths (51 new).

New York reported 236,732 cases (7,090 new) and 17,671 deaths (3,035 new).

The United States reported 739,988 cases (33,679 new) and 38,928 deaths (2,321 new).

Mexico reported 7,497 cases (622 new) and 650 deaths (104 new).

The global report for the day was 2,310,572 cases (94,344 new) and 158,691 deaths (7,685 new).

MERCED (BLJ) – Today, Merced County Public Health Department reported 82 cases (4 new) and three dead. Thirty-one cases were in Los Banos, 16 in Merced.

California reported 27,643 cases (969 new) and 951 deaths (93 new).

The United States reported 676,676 cases (34,757 new) and 34,784 deaths (6,385 new).

Mexico reported 6,297 cases (450 new) and 486 deaths (37 new).

The global report is 2,159,450 (94,645 new) and 145,568 deaths (8,490 new).

MERCED (BLJ) – The Merced County Public Health Department reported on April 15, that there were 78 cases of COVID-19 (nine new cses) and still only three deaths.

California reports 27,097 cases (1,355 new) and 889 deaths (100 new).

The United States reports 657,720 cases (38,797 new) and 33,460 deaths (6,348 new).

Mexico reports 5,847 cases (448 new) and 449 deaths (43 new).

The global pandemic report is 2,101,164 cases (75,083 new cases ) and 140,773 death (7,223 new).

California reported 25,742 cases (2,442 new) and 789 deaths (102 new).

The United States reported 641,451 cases (26.699 new) and 29,897 deaths (6,132 new).

Mexico reported 5,399 cases (385 new) and 406 deaths (74 new).

The global report for April 14 is 2,008,977 cases (88,059 new) and 130,727 deaths (11,041 new).

MERCED (BLJ) Merced Public Health Department reports today that there are 65 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and three dead. The largest group of infected last week were 10 health-care workers at the Sutter Health Rural Health Clinic in Los Banos.

California reports 21,374 cases (1,162 new) and 609 deaths (62 new).

The United States reports 558.768 cases (28,305 new) and 22,021 deaths (1,522 new).

The global report is: 1,846,680 cases (161.847 new) and 114,090 deaths (11,965 new).
